麵包店製作分享_4

麵包再次出爐囉!!

奶油螺旋麵包,白色的是鮮奶油,咖啡色的是巧克力奶油啦,不過麵包好像烤的太焦了,下次改進


不知道叫做啥麵包,因為看起來很好吃,是參照日本前輩做的喔! (婆婆說它叫黑麥葡萄乾)


牛角麵包,好像很不牛角一樣,下次改進


也是不知道教啥麵包,也是是參照日本前輩做的喔! (婆婆說它叫原味貝果)


看起來很硬的麵包~~~


菠蘿麵包,看起來很綿密,很好吃喔!!!

  1. the one below croissant is called bagel, something like donut.sometimes they used it to be a burger bun and the next one i ll called it wholemeal sourdough bread.
